Califon Borough Celebrates 100 Years with a Three-Day Weekend

October 12^th -  6:30 PM  to 9:30 PM at Firemen’s Field at 39 Academy Street. The Califon Firemen will be cooking hot dogs and hamburgers from. Bring your lawn chairs for a night under the stars with food, a beer garden, fire truck rides, a bonfire and fireworks.

October 13^th  - 10 AM  Califon Island Park. Food trucks will be available.

October 13^th  - 10 AM and 12 PM  Califon’s historic district. Walking tours will visit the Nellie Hoffman House, the Cabin by the River, the Califon Train Stations and the 2^nd  floor of Rambo’s Country Store.

October 13^th  - 10 AM  Califon Historical Society open.

October 13^th  - 10 AM  Museum at the Califon Train Station open.

October 13^th  - 10 AM  Nellie Hoffman House open.

October 13^th  - 10 AM  Cabin by the River open.

October 13^th  - 10 AM and 1 PM. The Califon Public School. The Califon Public School will be offering an Open House and tours of the school. Refreshments, teachers and students will be available

 October 13^th  - 2 PM  Califon Island Park. The 100^th Anniversary Ceremony will commence. A time capsule, buried in 1993, will be opened and a new one will replace it.

October 13^th  - 2 PM  Califon Island Park. Classic Cars will be on display

October 14^th  - 12 PM Downtown. The Jon Slusher 5K

October 14^th  - 12 PM to 4 PM  Downtown. 6th Annual Autumn Street Fair.  Food, Vendors, Music and Beer Garden will be available.
